Since last week New Listings, Pending Properties and Closed Properties have increased while AOC decreased. The ice storm at the beginning of February made it dangerous to travel in North Texas and caution was reflected in the housing market. This week, those delays appeared in the form of more listings and closings.
Meanwhile, the lease market had increases in New Listings and Pending Properties while Closed Properties decreased.
