Since last week New Listings and AOC have decreased while Pending and Closed Properties increased on the residential market. The market inverted with more properties closed than listed. Anecdotally, attendance at open houses has jumped dramatically along with multiple offers on well-marketed and located properties in Collin and Denton counties.
The lease market had increases in all categories but has not inverted since 3 March 2023.
