Congratulations to my amazing intermediary clients (buyer & seller)! They cooperated to transfer ownership of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath off-market home with a dining room in Garland. It has a new roof, gutters, a fresh coat of paint as well as many other repairs and updates to keep the house serviceable for years to come.
