An untreated Wood-Damaging Insect infestation can derail a real estate transaction. A WDI report is required in Texas for any VA loans. This report should be part of any residential inspection in Texas.
This class qualifies toward a Home Evaluation Specialist certificate through Elite Inspection. The certificate requires eight CE hours within the program.
All agents from any brokerage are welcome to attend for free CE credits. All others, including investors, are welcome to attend to get this valuable information at no cost.
