Market Statistics - August 2023



Dallas and Denton counties are about equal for median prices per Sq Ft, volume and days on market. Denton County has a slight advantage with a lower supply for demand while Dallas County has fewer days on market. Collin County still demands the highest prices per Sq Ft and has the lowest inventory while construction is booming across the county.


Prosper has the overall highest price per Sq Ft and Anna is the lowest. Year-over-year inventory for Van Alstyle is down 42.2% while Gunter increased by 5.2%. Moreso, Gunter has moved into a Buyers’ Market with 6.1 months of inventory while Plano and McKinney have the least inventory homes available.
