If you’re on the fence, get a house while there is selection. If the rate drops below 6%, expect all the pent-up demand to rush forward and drive up prices.

If you’re a Veteran, you MUST act now. There are some representation changes coming that will leave you at the mercy of the Sellers until the government makes some major VA rule changes. We all know how rapidly the VA adapts, so it’s best to buy a house now rather than in July or later. Eligible Vets can get a $0 down loan. You will need about 2.5% closing costs.
